Dichotomy

About 8-9 hours of coloring work went into this one. I'm trying to improve my digital coloring skills, even though I love my markers, and hate sitting in front of a screen burning my retinas for extended periods of time. But it needs to be done, because my amazement (aka jealousy) of all the incredibly colorists here on DA must not go unanswered, heheh.

Anyway... This was a doodle I did in my sketchbook that turned into something less doodly, and more finished, hehe. I realize that the concept isn't very original. I mean, I can't even count on 2 hands the number of times Inuyasha's "duality" has been done, and done better for that matter, in the realm of IY fandom. Still though, it's been ever since I watched "Castle Beyond the Looking Glass" that I've wanted to do a piece like this... so there you have it.

I'm pretty happy with it actually, except for the non-symetrical face-itus disease I seem to suffer from.

Also, I'm sorry for the blatant watermarks... but seems like Inuyasha fanart is more prone to being stolen AND SOLD AS STICKERS IN SAN FRANCISCO WITHOUT MY PERSMISSION!! *gasp gasp gasp* lol ^_^

Anyway, I hope you like it. I had a lot of fun with this one.
